If something is wrong
A misprint, a defect, damage in transit, or the wrong item: write to [email protected] within 30 days of delivery, with your order number and a photo. We print the shirt again or refund it, whichever you prefer. You do not need to send anything back.
Sizes and changes of mind
Because shirts are made to order, we do not refund or exchange a shirt for size or change of mind. Check the size guide before you order: it gives each size's measurements.
Cancelling an order
Write to us as soon as you can. Until printing starts, we cancel the order and refund it in full.
If we cannot complete your order
Sometimes our print partner cannot print an order, or a technical problem stops it. We then refund you in full and tell you by email.
How refunds are paid
To the card or PayPal account you paid with. Banks usually show it within 5–10 days. Your order page shows every refund.
