We respect the rights of creators and brands. Our designs are made to be original, and each is reviewed before it goes in the shop.

If a design uses your work

Write to [email protected] with the subject “Rights notice” and:

  • the link to the design on atelee.com;
  • the work or the mark you own, and where it can be seen;
  • your name and how to reach you;
  • a statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised, that the information is accurate, and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the owner or act for them;
  • your signature, typed or written.

What we do

We take the design out of the shop while we look at the notice, answer you, and do not print it again if the notice holds. Someone who believes a design was taken out by mistake can write to the same address.
